We ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to ensure fast and efficient service.

Delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Verinch Store has two warehouses in the U.S.:

  1. California
  2. New Jersey

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Absolutely. You can cancel your order for free as long as it hasn’t been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled for free. You will need to wait until the item is delivered, then contact us at service@verinch.com

As long as the item is brand new and unopened, you can return it as instructed.
Please note: return shipping and handling fees will be your responsibility.


Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: All Verinch products come with a 1-year limited warranty.

If you encounter any issues, our team will resolve them promptly.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when contacting our after-sales team.
