Limited Warranty

This limited warranty does not override any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Consumers are free to make a warranty claim under this limited warranty, and they may also exercise their statutory consumer rights.

Note: This limited warranty applies only to purchased directly from the Verinch store (www.verinch.com).
Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the authenticity or condition of products sold through other channels and therefore cannot offer warranty services for such items. Verinch products purchased from other retailers must be returned in accordance with the respective return and refund policies of those sellers.


What Our Limited Warranty Covers

We warrant that:

  • The product you purchased matches the description provided when you contacted us or as listed in our store;

  • The product is of satisfactory quality;

  • If we confirmed that the product would meet specific needs you communicated to us, it will be fit for that particular purpose.

Your warranty is valid for the following period:

Certain products in the Verinch series: 1 year

The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product. The receipt date will be determined based on the shipping confirmation in our order records.

We will repair or replace any defective product. If we are unable to fix a warranty issue, we will refund the purchase price you paid, minus the value attributable to any usage before the issue was discovered. If you choose to keep the defective product unrepaired, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the reduction in the product’s value.


What Our Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover claims resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear or material aging;

  • Minor differences between the product and the images shown in the store, or natural variations due to materials or handcrafting;

  • Improper assembly, use, or maintenance; contact with animals; or unsuitable environmental conditions (e.g., high heat, humidity, salinity, or exposure to pollutants);

  • Use outside private or residential settings;

  • Moisture exposure (including but not limited to excessive perspiration or contact with water-based or organic solvents), thermal degradation, or elements known to deteriorate materials;

  • Modifications or failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions;

  • Abuse, negligence, accidents, fire or water damage, customer transport, or any other cause beyond our control.

Please follow the product manual and assembly instructions included in the packaging to ensure your limited warranty remains valid.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please submit your warranty claim within 14 days of discovering the defect. If your product has not been registered with us, you must provide your order number for warranty verification.

Email your claim to service@verinch.com so we can process it properly. You must include clear photos of the defect in question. If you refuse to provide the necessary photos for claim processing, we may assume the claim has been withdrawn or is invalid.
